So when you’re ready to make a significant change in your health and life, this is the most complete and surefire way to do that. The raw truth is that most of us know what to do in order to escape our ruts, but we are so caught up in our daily routines and our beliefs that it is very challenging to get to the other side. Working together for the next 13 weeks will look like this:
- We’ll uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from having the body – and the life – that you want.
- We’ll get you crystal clear on where it is that you want to be and we’ll determine which steps you’ll need to take to get you from now to there!
- We’ll develop a powerful vision for your health and establish new daily routines that will have you feeling – and looking – your absolute best!
- Each week, by phone or video call, we’ll have a 45 min check in to review your progress, determine what’s going well, and make any necessary adjustments to your program.
- With your agreement, we will engage in a variety of mindful self-empowerment practices, including but not limited to: journaling, meditation, visualization, EFT, CBT, and breathwork.
By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have a whole new set of practical and sustainable health-promoting habits, and you’ll be amazed at how you feel and how you look in the mirror – naked!
