(6 Weeks)

For those who feel like they have it “mostly figured out” but still have a couple of areas that need improvement. We will uncover what’s got you stuck, create a new game plan to help you move forward, and implement practical, sustainable lifestyle changes to get you from feeling “just fine” to feeling pretty darn awesome. You may even wind up with a sexy six-pack to show off in the bedroom (or perhaps on Instagram!)


(4 Weeks)

While true transformation takes months, there is still value in developing new healthy habits and learning how to make them stick. We will determine how self-sabotage is keeping you from getting what you want, and we’ll discover the most effective actions that will help move you into your desired state of being.
