You’ll train with intention, recover like a professional, and rewire your mindset for sustained progression—not short-term hype. What You Get: Goal-Specific Programming (muscle gain, fat loss, recomposition, strength) Precision Form Coaching — real-time biomechanical corrections to optimize fiber recruitment and joint safety Tension-Based Tempo Work — including eccentric overload, isometric holds, and explosive concentrics Customized Set/Rep Schemes based on your training history, limb length, and recovery bandwidth Mental Toughness Integration — discipline layering, effort zone exposure, and failure tolerance strategies Progressive Overload Tracking — optional training log review and data analysis for performance accountability Whether you're building your base, breaking through a plateau, or redefining your physique, each session is engineered to upgrade not just your body—but your standard. 🚨 Travel & Facility Policy Primary training location: Everyday Athletes (Louisville) Alternate locations available under the following conditions: Travel Fee: $20–$40 depending on mileage (within Louisville metro) Gym Access Fee: Client must cover any guest pass or external facility fees Home Gym Sessions (if approved): Must meet standards for space, safety, and equipment. Flat $35 travel/setup fee applies. All travel-based sessions require minimum 48-hour booking notice.
